Have you ever had something happen to you that you replay to every new friend who comes into your life? Jesus said that everywhere the gospel would go a certain story would be freely told too, something that was done for Him, Matthew 26:6-13. Incidentally what Jesus encouraged seemed to push Judas over the edge as to his offenses with Jesus. He left there to betray him.
In thinking of such powerful stories, the other one that comes to mind is the “Love Patent” by Jay Ferris. He felt the Lord wanted him to share it at every venue he went to for the first time. To make it easier for people to be introduced to it I isolated out a 7 minute audio clip of it. The full message can be found on the audio page titled, “Love” from 2004. Enjoy, and freely pass it along! :-)

Thank you Pam, thank you very much!
That’s for sure :). Thank YOU for caring and sharing.
I love seeeing the silver threads sown by the Holy Spirit! I had recently journaled something very similar to this. Taking it to it’s very core, I find that our ability to love is established in our complete awareness that we have been forgiven for everything in us that falls short of God. This is the heartbreaking work accomplished in us by the Holy Spirit. I saw my unworthiness but now I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I no longer suffer condemnation because I abide in the vine! What a friend indeed! And I, too, will go forth with this redemption from my former self and die to myself for the sake of others. I am His ambassador. I now have this same ministry of reconcilliation. My heart was broken by God that I may become broken for others! It sheds new light on what Jesus shared with the discipes. “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” (Lke 22:19)
26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes. (1 Corinthians 11:26)
By this same love, we proclaim the good news to the world.
Thanks for the nugget!
